Alison Aston comes from the South West of England and has lived in London, San Francisco and Marseille. She has worked on women’s style magazines from ELLE to Harper’s Bazaar, and now lives with her civil partner in Bristol where she works for BBC Magazines. She also freelances for Time Out and has recently finished the first draft of her novel, Closet – think Bridget Jones meets The Devil Wears Prada – gone gay!
